The staff and service at this location was excellent. The location was clean and all ingredients seemed fresh. The food is, however, largely tasteless. The rice as gummy with little seasoning, the various salsas had virtually no kick. As this is a chain restaurant, this is to be expected. The vegan options were plentiful, so that is a definite plus.
