We had a great time at the new facility. Our waiter was amazing and professional. She deserves a raise if possible. She really took care of us. I will be back. View all feedback.
What Kara Stephens doesn't like about Spaghetti Warehouse:
The acoustics were terrible. The noise level was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. It took 50 minutes for our dinner arrived, so we had to eat quickly to make it to our Broadway show. Dinner was delicious, but disappointed in the lack of variety in appetizers. Every appetizer had a red sauce included except salad appetizer. Calamari with sweet sour sauce instead red sauce would have been good or Bruschetta,... View all feedback.
We left. A server never came over to help us. I don't know what else to say. We waited and waited.
Had reservations wasn’t seated until 40 minutes later . The atmosphere was very noisy. It took along time for dinner to arrive at table and was lukewarm warm and meatballs were undercooked even the salad lettuce was warm. We were served dry stale bread then later was offered fresh bread! My wine was served after a 25 minute wait after ordering the drinks. The food was almost like TV dinner quality I would NOT recommend this place very disappointed.

Was excited about my first visit back to my favorite restaurant. I couldn't wait for the bread and butter and yummy lasagna. To say I was completely disappointed would be an absolute understatement! I walk in the door around 10 minutes before my reservation and stood at the host stand for over 5 minutes before I saw anyone who looked like they might work there. When he finally arrived he was visibly stressed and a bit frantic. I give him my name and he says in a rude tone, well we will get you seated as soon as we can. We only waited about 25 minutes for our table, then another 10 for our server to greet us. She gets our drink order, delivers drinks and spilled a drink all over my dad, then says oops I'm glad I didn't get you. His shoes had water in them. Salads come out, they absolutely tasted like bagged salad mix, it tasted like preservatives and chemicals. I ate what I could and said I'll save room for my lasagna, especially since we didn't have any bread for the table to go with our salads, (at this point we have asked our server twice for bread with no luck). Entrée comes out, 2 out of 4 incorrect by the way and for the 4th time I asked for bread in which she finally brings one loaf for 4 people. I couldn't wait to taste my lasagna that I haven't had for years! Nope, it was absolutely awful. There was this cheese that wasn't even melted in the middle of a few noodles that looked like rubber bands, absolutely no ricotta cheese at all, the noodles tastes very wet, sauce was off and tasted almost sour and very runny. My dad called it tomato noodle soup. It definitely wasn't baked lasagna which was very strange. I ordered a to-go order which was also wrong but at this point I honestly just wanted to leave. Wasn't offered dessert, wasn't offered any information on parking validation, wasn't thanked for coming in. I will never come back and to be honest I wish I would have never came in. I'd like to remember it the way it used to be, good food, location and service.
