Excellent! Highly recommend! The staff is super-nice and the bubble tea is exactly the way it should be. Probably the worse boba tea place I've been to. Comparable to how bad Teazone is in the same plaza. I thought this would be better, but definitely not. Cheapest construction and decker you can think of. The milk tea was literally inedible. It tasted so bad that after the first sip, I had to throw the entire thing away.
