What Jane Garapar likes about Foh San:
Went on Saturday morning 7am to beat the crowd, service was really good, spacious seating and can enjoy food leisurely. All the elderly ladies were patient and friendly. Dimsum was quite good, the chewy chee cheong fun and 生炒糯米饭 was my favourite, the 包类 were not really good, just normal. 凤爪 was tasteless View all feedback.
