Post Covid I give it 5 stars.Currently they do pop ups 3 days a week that are organized, well thought out and safe.Everyone that works and waits on you are friendly and knowledgeable. "After reading/hearing all of the hype for this place, I was severely disappointed with the food from here. To preface, I love good food, I love cooking. I’ve visited a lot of fine-dining restaurants in my lifetime and though they’re expensive, I find the food is usually so good it’s worth it. The food I had from here was no where near worth the price, and this was the most disappointed I’ve ever been with food from a nicer restaurant.Fair warning: the portions are relatively small, and for the portion size the price is *very* steep. I spent over $200 for a meal 2 cocktails for me and my partner and we weren’t full after. The drinks were good, but the food wasn’t. We both found the flavor of what we ordered to be very basic, uninteresting, and all-around uninspired. The proteins were cooked well but the dishes were underwhelming.The service was good and our server was friendly but they put a lot of effort into trying to hype their guests up for the food. There’s some psychology to this, people are more likely to think a food/product is incredible if you get them excited for it (the same is true for how much money is spent on it).I was really excited to finally eat here, hoping to add a new restaurant to our list of favorites. We won’t be returning."
