A decent hotel at reasonable prices, but excellent value for a short stay. The hotel was really very clean, especially the bathrooms that were immaculate. I had no suite, but the bathroom and the toilet were just a few meters away. Breakfast is a self-service buffet that is perfectly sufficient and very well furnished. What User doesn't like about Fryatt Surya S:
Great location for traveling with Stena Line, you don't hear noise from the bar in the rooms and beds are fine. Other than that everything was quite bad. The rooms are dirty and smell bad. Staff was not helpful when around. Nobody from the staff is available in the morning for questions about your stay (also not by phone). No ventilation in the rooms. Wouldn't recommend staying here. I also wanted to praise the Irish lady who was responsible for the cleaning and breakfast. She makes everything alone and she's a miracle. Surely she deserves a wage rise.
It was good for a night, but the breakfast was bad! But room verry good! And you get where you pay.
Leave the ferry and was a short walk to the hotel. Friendly staff and clean room.
Great location and clean. Our room needed some tlc, but lots of tea and coffee, in general they need some signage and better contact help. I think they have a new manager who wants to sort something. See you at our next stay...
The Hotel/Bar is ideally located to stay the night and catch the Stena Ferry to the Hoek of Holland.
