"We love it here. We get overcharged each ocassion. We know they are doing it. They know too. We’d like to keep this as our go-to Indian restaurant but it’s getting on our nerves now. Perhaps you can start itemising your bills again? We hate confrontation. It’s a bit mean to reoccurring customers."

"The service was excruciatingly slow and the food was sub par as well as positions being small. However what I got did task good other than the raw duck egg. I got the Parmesan Gnocci (overpriced) However despite the slow service the staff seemed very nice which I must commend. And no it wasn’t particularly busy either."

"We stumbled over this little gem of a restaurant during the visit to dovercourt one evening and the smell of the food was so mouthful water that we said that we had come back tomorrow with the rest of our travel companion to eat here. I'm glad we did this. this food was amazing! the experience began with the owner ibrahim greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant. this is a wonderful man we soon found out puts so much time and love in eating as he does to make sure that the customer is happy. his attentiveness to ensure that we understood the dishes and what it contained was a refreshing change in the hurly atmosphere that has the majority of restaurants. a member of our party has a nut allergy and ibrahim ensured that the ordered court would not have cross-contamination or contact with any nuts. the food arrived and our thoughts were absolutely bleeding. everything was fresh, tasty, and the presentation of it was something they would find in a five star restaurant. the dishes were a large part of the food, but above all the quality was there. everything on the plate perfectly matched to each other, and there was so much taste in every dish that we all wanted that we were hungry so we could continue on this tasteful journey through the menu. the Turkish meze bar fulfilled and surpassed all expectations and I guarantee that I will let everyone I know participate in the kitchen and atmosphere of this amazing small restaurant. the prices are very reasonable, and no word of a lie that if this restaurant was in london, they need a reservation and expect to pay double. I hope everyone has the opportunity to meet ibrahim and his wonderful family during the Turkish meze bar. please go and experience the amazing food he serves proudly. amazing!"

"I normally get a nice meal but not this time. I meant to order chicken tikka masala but accidentally ordered tandoori chicken masala by mistake so it was on the bone. But it was the leg of the chicken and some of it was black the most unappetising meal I have seen for a long time. So I opened the tarka Dahl and this was just water. When I phone he laughed and said oh you wanted the thicker version. I have this many times and it is never a runny watery version especially when your paying £4.50 for lentils. So annoyed it all went in the bin. Once a Restuarant sends out food like this I never go back. They knew what they were doing when they sent it out and they obviously don’t care. When you know they don’t care Wasn’t sure anymore how old the chicken was as it didn’t look freshly made. Dried out chicken probably one or two days old"
