"Probably my favorite place to eat in North Clare. Many traditional meals cooked for perfection. Great portions and a beautiful culinary experience. I really enjoyed the muscles and chicken roasts. The menu tends to change something, but always something for everyone. It is best to book in advance on their website to avoid disappointment."

"After finding McDermott's to be a madhouse and waiting half an hour in vain, we went across the street to McGann's. We found the restaurant to be warm and cozy, with lots of locals but not too full to get a table. Dinner was good and reasonably priced (45 euros for a beer, a bowl of good seafood chowder, and two entrees)."
