What Suzan Moody likes about Carlos Cantina:
A casual family oriented Authentic Mexican dinner. Ordered one chicken and one beef enchilada. Very fresh. The NOT to miss was the fried ice cream. Done with a scoop of vanilla, coated with a corn flake cinnamon batter that is quickly deep fried. How do they keep it from melting? A true mystery. Delicious mystery. View all feedback.
