we were accused twice a few months ago, the district manager was there. He refused to give us a refund, said he could only write us up for a fee-free meal (which is less that the price we were overloaded). we had forgotten that the free meal went back today to see if we could get it. carissa was absolutely amazing. she was friendly, helpful and made the dinge right. they even apologised more than once that we had a b... What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
A women who I believe to be the manager does nothing but yell at the top of her lungs. Store wasn't even busy and she sounds like a drill Sargent. Between shouting people orders and shouting at the crew ir was the most unbearable 10in I have ever spent in a McDonald's. Power tripping management is NOT a good look. View all feedback.
It took forever. I thought it was fast because nobody else was in it. it wasn't fast. everything they were interested was just the drive.
This was the worst McDonald's coke I ever had and my quarter pounder was cooked like a smash burger. This is not smash burger!

I don't know why I try going back after dinner hours...the night crew is always completely useless. I ordered 40 nuggets, received 20. Drove back to get the rest of the nuggets to feed my family and not even the slightest apology. I told myself last year when I tried this I would never try again, yet here we are...745 PM and got half my order of ice cold nuggets. THANKS NIGHT CREW!
Carissa was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and really worked to make things right for us. In fact, she apologized multiple times for the poor experience we had a few months ago, which was more than what the district manager had done at the time. Thanks to the outstanding service we received from Carissa, I would rate today’s visit 5 stars.
