The customer service at this particular Einstein Bros is not good. The last time I was here, just this morning, I ordered two bagels and a small coffee. After taking my own receipt (I wasn 't offered it), I tried to fill my coffee but both medium and darkroasts were empty. I asked for help, but they proceeded to start a new batch.
