I have been ordering from this load and was always satisfied and in the last few months the pizza was overboiled and like cardboard. when I spoke to the manager for my first complaining, he was dismissed, rude and did not seem to care and did not give me the refund he offered me. poor customer service, terrible pizza find another dad johns because others cook their pizza to perfection, but not this.
