A kind of unfriendly mannerism and attitude of personnel. Only a woman who worked everywhere and looked super busy seemed really nice (Glasses Lady). The food was bland and is like a fusion of more than one kitchen. For pho especially, you will consider pho in a family business in Costa Mesa/Garden Grove/Westminster area for $10.
