I’ve eaten here three times in the past week lol. Saiga has quickly turned into one of my favorite eateries. Normally I order the grilled pork Banh mi but this week I discovered their tofu and it’s quite honestly some of the BEST tofu I’ve had eating out. The flavor of the breading is just so good! What Los Angeles doesn't like about Saiga Vietnamese Eatery:
The tofu banh mi was pretty good. The cookie was fresh, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The service was okay, but this place accepts only credit cards, no cash. The place is really really tiny, not enough places to sit and enjoy the meal.
