Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza Store Irvine

The thin crust was the star of the show, light and delicious. not only that it added to the whole balance of the pizza, it does not overwhelm the taste of the themes. overall the pizza slices tasted good. do not forget the offers during lunch (free drink with two discs). I have two discs, but the cashier didn't let me know they had a lunch deal, so I lost a drink.

We got the Meatball Ricotta 14” pizza garlic knots for a total of about $25. The pizza got cold by the time we got back home to eat it (UCI Apartments, 3 min drive) which was a bummer but it was still good. The marinara that came with the knots was very watery so it wouldnt really stick onto the knots the knots themselves weren’t that good either, especially not cold as they got chewy. The pizza itself was good but I’m not sure if I was a big fan of the ricotta clumps but that seemed more of a me problem. The crust was good. They also had indoor and outdoor seating and a little bar area to drink beer and watch sports games.

Just tried to pick up an order at night. Parked in front and was told to park in the back, in the alley. Wasn't sure which one was the right location as the stores all look the same in the back with no lettering. Would make a lot of sense if they could deliver the pizza in the front of the store where I was parked originally. Could've saved me 15 minutes of waiting and calling the store asking if I was in the right spot.

Spinach Broccoli Pinwheel1/2 Buffalo Chicken, 1/2 White PizzaDelicious pizza. Crust is perfect. Only downside is non-pork meats are limited. Only chicken is offered here. All other meats (sausage, pepperoni, meatballs. Etc. Contains pork).Would love if they incorporated a ground beef or Steak option.

Excellent NY-style pizza! Available either by the slice or a whole pie (both are great It was slow when I ate here so the pie we ordered came out in less than 20 mins.Can be a bit messy to eat as the cheese likes to slide a bit when it’s fresh out of the oven. A tad on the greasy side (with the pepperoni pizza we ordered), but it was very tasty and had plenty of cheese and topping.Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area and want a quick bite!
