Taco Rosa is really a good restaurant to eat. It has a beautiful, clean atmosphere, and the service is fun. Our waiter was enthusiastic, and very friendly, often called us “amigo”. The prices here are reasonable, and actually quite cheap in view of the pleasant atmosphere and excellent food you receive. It was also quite sweet as they give these cheese tortilla rolling things to start you. Very different from the normal chips and salsa restaurants. One of the first things I noticed was the nice menu. Maybe it was just me, but I was impressed. I usually order a burrito to measure a Mexican restorer against others, so I ordered one of them. I appreciated the different intake as they used ingredients like spinach and other fresh stuff, unlike rice and beans. Beans come on the side for those who want it anyway. While the Burrito turned out to be Medley from various delicious flavors, it was the Churro who stole the show. Who doesn't love cinnamon and chocolate? The fact that both are present in this dessert makes it quite delicious dish. The reasonable price design combined with the high-quality kitchen makes this restaurant worth a visit. A great place, even if it's a chain.
We didn't really know what to expect when we decided to eat on Taco Rosa. From the outside it looks pretty elegant and clean, so we thought it could actually be on the expensive side. Fortunately, we found that prices actually have a wide range (depending on how much you want to spend). For example, you can get a single taco for $3,50 or get a fancier dish that could be $17-$23. We eat outside, which was pretty; it had couch type seats that were somehow strange (although a little too sunny and hot on that day). The food was much better than I expected. The free appetizer was 2 cheese rolls and some salad over a crispy tostada. It was very unique as the Burrito had 3 sauces about it, with the Mexican flag (i think) that was very cool. My Alambre Tortas (Steak and Speck) was much different from the standard Tortas I usually see: instead of the inside of a Burritos in two slices of bread it was more quesadilla-like, but ummm, not really (see pictures). The pineapple agua fresca was also very refreshing. I'm sure I want to go back because they have breakfast too. You also have churros with chocolate sauce that I have to try, but remember to order them a little earlier (takes 8-10 minutes). Total: Good service, Food, originality, Price
