I visited this Arby's for lunch with my son, and I have to say, the lady who took our order was fantastic. Her customer service was the best I've experienced since before the pandemic. I will definitely be coming back!
The meal costs $8, but the drink really doesn't seem worth it.
Great service! My only complaint about this place is that the fries were a bit too salty. This was my first time trying Arby’s in Texas.
The customer service was great, eating was hot, but I didn't get what I paid! I called several times to let them know they can't reach anyone. I paid for a bacon ranch combo and got clearly a Mayo chicken sandwich update: came the next day, the manager was very understandable and apologetic and corrected my order I bought more eat! thanks arby is for the correction of minor errors, now they repair their phone so we can call them. thanks jose. it is always good customer service, hot fresh food and clean environment
I had a very pleasant and polite drive-thru officer on Sunday 5th juni at afternoon / evening.
