Ordered a pickup on their app. And 20 mins after my scheduled time for pickup it wasn't there. After I ask the employees working the line ,they lookup my order and make it for me. Second time at this location this has happened to me. Wonder if there is theft of pickup packages . I don't blame the management ,it's just an inconvenience I had. View all feedback.

as usual, this chipotle location was short and from guacamole. but it was even out of the cheese at 4 o'clock the week! also as usual the servier area was dirty, and the line was long. the only reason I don't rate it a 1 was because the personal was refreshingly friendly and understanding.
