Domino's Pizza - Irving

This was a good dominos before, but lately it is terrible. none of the food handlers wear gloves in the kitchen. I can no longer order online for this load. it always tells me that I'm calling him and then they're never in a position to do something. it seems they always have a problem. the food will never be delivered or prepared where they are near the time they tell them. some of these employees have job problems and act as if they know everything. never again.

I was skeptical about the order of this place for the first time on the basis of the reviews, but I am glad I did. my order was right when the website said it would not mention **** hot. my short visit was pleasant and I was literally impressed. there were only 1 employees who had this load alone, they had the absolutely best customer service. she answered the phone, made everything eat and made the online orders. everyone would have been overwhelmed, but not this sweet little chic. the load was clean and she kept the continued error-free. Thank you. toni for so awesome service great food. I hope she is recognized, appreciated and feels appreciated. on a page inscription: if they order the wings do not interfere. they do not pay (size). do not expect typical wing size, but it is more bite size.

I'm usually not one to complain, and would rather speak directly with the business, but they just don't answer their phone. I have tried several times (at least 7 or 8 times) to order from this place, but, they do not answer the phone, and if it tries to order on the app, it always says “attempt fails” and to make it even worse, other Dominos sites will not deliver us because “there is a dominos near us and it is their territory.” others standpoints tell us that they are trying to order the same If I were the owner, I would want to know! I know I could drive and get it myself, but to be honest, I'm just ordering papa john's delivery instead. ?

I usually don't like to complain that I also take in the industry food. but my whole order was wrong, both pizzas were done wrong. my man is lactose intolerance and specified not bee. when we opened the pizzabox, the pizza had more cheese than anything else. the supplier was great! tried to call the load, spent 30 minutes on holding and nobody answered.

I want to start this by saying all pizza I have received from this location have been consistent in presentation and taste; the pizza looks great and tastes great. My issue is the amount of times I have ordered from here and have to wait hours (yes hours) to receive my pizza. I understand that establishments can become busy and bogged down with orders, but whenever I try and call it almost always gives the line disconnected beep (beep...beep...beep) so when I call to just ask about my orders status I cannot speak to anyone (cause the phone is disconnected). Just frustrated cause this keeps happening. But the pizza is good and always looks great
