What User likes about Jimmy John's:
The service at this restaurant took a bit longer than anticipated, but the manager was very polite and explained that there was a delay due to understaffing. The food was delicious and worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Hopefully they can hire more staff soon so they can continue to provide good service. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
It took almost an hour to receive my food when I work 5 mins from the location. I was told they have a new driver and she is probably lost but I got no apology or anything due to the inconvenience. That’s not ok when it’s supposed to be freaky fast delivery. Do better Jimmy Johns. View all feedback.
