We enjoy this special Pollo Regio once a week, even hard it is not the closest of us at home, but the service is WONDERFUL, the taste of original and real coal is just FANTASTIC. Also the manager whose name is Mario is always very attentive and super nice. Very professional and friendly staff. I'm just going 15 miles to eat there every Saturday and home 2 more pollinators. I usually love pollo regio, but this place was a disappointment. The first time I have a job, I ordered online and paid in advance so I could pick it up at my lunch break. It was not ready at the time I chose and was wrong. I had to wait until I got to work to bring it back and did it right. Today I tried again and ordered through the trip.
