At this particular branch in Moorton, Chatsworth, Durban, the food at most of the time is terribly prepared and incompetent staff add to the woes. Always triple check your orders to make sure that everything is there as the staff miss out things. 4 times my orders were missing the buddy Coke. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered food online and it it wasn't packed when I got there… After about 10 min then they started packing my stuff. On my way home the mash and gravy started leaking in the car. When we open the bag the chips packet half way. The system you guys work with meeds to improve big time!!!! View all feedback.
