Place beautiful and big enough to accommodate the number we were. Improvements on security, air conditioning and cleaning services needed. During our stay the gate was broken into and other tenants clothes stolen. No air conditioners in the apartment, it was too hot in Durban in December and the heat was unbearable. This place is sold as a well run unit but my experience is somewhat different from what shown. Guests have to pay the maid to clean the unit they stay in from their own pocket (R100) for every day the maid comes to clean. There are no towels in each room, you have to rent towels at an additional cost of R300.
