"We had the worst waitress. Service was appalling. Ordered chicken and it was not cooked well. Complained to the waitress and nothing was done. She told us that she reported to the manager and he is the one who was supposed to address us. Very disappointed because i have been to Lupa several times snd i enjoyed. Never again will i visit that restuarant. My sister had booked through dine plan and specifically said that it was her son's birthday and the waitress was arguing with her. Total disaster.
