HIGHLY RECOMMEND when in the Sanibel area. Before our visit to Sanibel, I ask the question on Sanibel Facebook page, where I could eat some crab legs. A few responses led me to Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille. The restaurant was really cool, service was excellent, our meals did not disappoint and the prices were very reasonable.
