I just recently spent a week in Isla at Casa Elegante for the 2nd time. Our visit would not have been complete with out Carolina! She is our definite go to Private Chef whenever we visit! Carolina’s food is sooo delicious and beautifully prepared. She is a delightful spirit and her food/dishes reflect that. Loved her sea bass ceviche! Caro is the absolute sweetest person.
