I met Bruce, the owner two years ago, before his wonderful coffee shop was even open. I bought bulk coffee from him then, on the beach! He has since made his cafè dream come true. He sells bulk coffee grown by his family in the Chiapis region, alongside delicious lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, pastries, light meals, and desserts.
