Service quality seems to vary, with some praising their servers while others feel rushed and neglected. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant provides a comfortable, family-friendly environment with lovely outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying their tasty dishes. With strict COVID precautions and a cozy ambiance, Peter's Clam Bar is a popular choice for seafood lovers in search of a casual dining experience by the bay.
The seafood was very fresh, they give you good size portions. The food was overall delicious, we will definitely return.
Not worth the money and it’s too expensive for the quality or lack thereof. Food was just not good. Wine was cheap. Service was ok.
The food and service were excellent. I really enjoyed their Lobster mac and cheese, fried calamari, and broiled seafood platter. Their New England Clam chowder and lobster rolls were also outstanding. The atmosphere was charming with a nautical theme and a beautiful view overlooking the bay.
Solid seafood meal at Peter's. We usually eat in the casual, self-serve side of the restaurant and hadn't been at the full-serve restaurant in years. Three in the group ate broiled fish, one ate flounder oreganato. Two had soup, two shared fried calamari. Food was very good. Key lime pie for dessert was just okay.
Great food at good price. Excellent service always. Love to sit outside and just exhale especially on a good day.
