By far the best out of the way dinning experience I've had either in or outside of Yellowstone, lovely staff and delicious food at a reasonable price. Will be back again View all feedback.
What Adam Scudder doesn't like about The Lodgepole Grill And:
Terrible. Over priced. Food was ok but the service was the worst. They couldn't explain what came with the meal. Special said one thing but they gave us something else. One of the kids ordered a burger but instead they brought a 20$ meal out. Be surprised if they stay in business View all feedback.

"We've eaten here about 5 times and it has consistently good food, service and atmosphere! We typically eat on the back patio along the river and it NEVER disappoints! A nice glass of wine or a cocktail, whether it be lunch, happy hour or dinner, and the ambience is almost surreal. You are so close to the water's edge. We are huge outdoor eaters and will withstand heat or cold to sit outside. I can't recommend Trouthunter restaurant enough. We go back every single time we're in Idaho!"

"We love connies that we have eaten here often and have not been disappointed! that was delicious. the hamburgers were so good. the grilled cheese was so delicious. my man loved his maisbrot and wanted to take a pan home! he also loved his French dip! our server was fabulous. he often asked us if we need anything else! we also love all their decoration in their restaurant!"
