I've been here twice and both times they left the sugar out of my coffee.
Coffee is consistent and always good, the waiting line moving well, one of my favorite DD locations
They need to bring back more flavored donuts ,wheres the strawberry filling, the lemon filling, boston creme wht happened??

"As much as I love SoBol, never coming to this place again. I walked in and wasn?t even acknowledged. The girls behind the counter were just on their phone vídeo calling with their friends and making them an açaí bowl. Next she took my order other of her friends walked in and she made hers right away I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 regular bowls. I went to the SoBol in happauge and they were so sweet they greeted me as I came in and we?re workingreally hard. Never coming to the Islip location again. Really shows which customers are there priorities if you don?t like being ignored at a place where your paying money don?t go here."
