What Les C likes about Chipmunks:
I wasn't expecting anything special based on the external aspect of the place, but I can honestly say it's one of the best cod and chips I've had in years, better than any restaurant. Lovely fish with the skin removed (a preference of mine) all the batter was crispy and the chips were just right not over or underdone. If the owner would like to move to Ipswich, they would be made very welcome. read more.

I have been visiting this Fish and Chip shop for years. my favourite small sausages. Just been and had noticed I was overcharged by £1.60 I was charged £8.40, should have been £6.80 Sadly due to this I will not be going back to this Fish and Chip shop. It's always been known for good value, not the case if overcharged. Customers beware check the prices before leaving, that's the mistake I made today. read more.
