I had a really tasty soup, full of taste, with some fresh brot and a perfectly choke salad on the side. the vegan mandel and jam cake was exquisite and there are also other vegan cakes! I've washed everything with leaf tea. I think it's the only fully vegetarian facility on the island wight. it is over a fresh production plant. Lovely little shop well stocked , good selection of local produce and friendly service. I was disappointed because I paid 4 pounds for a small white tin loaf (not picked myself I asked the lady for her recommendation) and at that price I'd expect it to have been freshly baked that morning and after getting it home and cutting it up it clearly wasn't. We called into the cafe on a wet and windy morning. We only wanted a snack and the lovely staff split a toasted sandwich and gave us both the excellent coleslaw...

In nice weather you can even have something in the outdoor area, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables. A counter with the ability to sit down is available.
