What Trash Boat doesn't like about Pei Wei:
WARNING, DANGEROUS UNDERCOOKED FOOD. Years ago this place used to be so good, but really must now be the worst Pei Wei restaurant in the world. Some items are severely undercooked, this place has dangerously low standards. They could kill somebody like this.
