Single handedly the best authentic frozen tamales in New Mexico and Arizona. Their frozen enchiladas are always stocked in our freezer. Don't stop making these!!! View all feedback.
What Krista Olivas doesn't like about The Authentic New Mexican:
My complaint is about their bagged frozen chile. Not sure what the deal is but the quality has gone WAY down. I spend majority of my time picking out stems and skin pieces. It was also mushy and no flavor. You might get away with selling low grade chile in other states, but you can 't here in New Mexico. I 'll be paying more from now on for a higher quality chile.
