the owner is very friendly, friendly and personal. eating itself is delicious, probably one of the best Cantonese/Chinese food in london! the restaurant is also very accommodating for vegan and vegetarian alike, the owner will remember their nutritional options well. prices are very fair, nothing to complain, I love it and have become regular! stay away! I was witnessing an infall, when a cyclist crashed into a car and felt on the back, I went with him to the restaurant to wait for the car and the car owner who wept was asked to leave his restaurant because he did not want the people to cry in his restaurant and he complained all the time that he did not want to be in the restaurant! It's been here for 20 years so they know what people like and is always busy. Also had a few tables. If tried many others as they Penn but can't beet this.
Very unpretentious and better than most local Chinese food. Tasty with a chilli kick when it says spicy or chilli (unlike most Chinese restaurants I have found)...
