quirky hidden gem. I've been for drinks and had my attention through the bar snacks we had a really tasty homemade babyburger for my wife and a steak tartar for me. ph poor. visited ph on Saturday night, and was shocked at the bad level of customer service that it asked me to write my first review of any bar/restaurant, anywhere, ever. it took about 20 minutes to get served at each of the three places, I visited/the member of our party the bar, while the main bartender pranced around, paw, throw glasses around and generally obnoxic.
