In triple digit heat, the staff was pleasant and very capable and the Menu was delicious!!! Everything was cooked to perfection. I went to a graduation party July 14,2019 on Long Island. I have a degree in culinary with 25 years in the Restaurant and catering industry. The owner of Bulls I BBQ Catering should just close up and purchase something more simple like a Hot Dog Truck. The food could have made the quests sick.
