We ordered from this place on a snowy night 6:17pm...After 2 hours of waiting (which we were patient b/c of the weather), we called and asked when we should expect our order...they told us they were busy and asked if we could pick it up. After saying no, they said they would rush the order and deliver it in 5-10 mins. Needless to say, now 3 hours had gone by since we placed the order and we still did not receive it!!...
