issaquah has not much of a restaurant scene, let alone a place to get vegan food. if we don't want to eat at pcc, is agave cocina where we usually end. they have to tell them they are vegan, so no cheese or sour cream or lard, and they are happy to accommodate. they have a few options (fritten artichokes tacos, butternut squash enchiladas, roasted cauliflower salat) but our favorites is to borrow, rice and guacamole.... Website says they always had vegan options on the menu, but none were listed. I asked the server if they had any vegan entrees and they brought Fajitas with one side of beans with cheese on them and seemed surprised that I didn't want any cheese.
