The waitstaff went above and beyond, the food was delicious, but the front of the house was very rude. Apparently they thought they had discontinued open table, so when I initially showed them our reservation they told us they don’t do reservations and gave us a hard time before eventually agreeing to seat us. Normally we love Agave. Today we arrived and immediately ordered. 50 min later we got the wrong order, cold!!! Grease soaked through tortillas due to sitting so long and a veg order had fish. And were told only then it was because they short staffed. Very poor service. Wow; maybe checking in during the wait would be good. But cold wrong food? Unacceptable.
