I was so curious what the plus in the name was for only to discover that they just serve victrola coffee here. Still your standard. Happy lemon but they have a few coffee drinks as well.We didn't end up getting any coffee but they're boba drinks and puffles are just as good here as any other location we've been. Plenty of parking and a nice ambiance and some desk to get some work done if you need to View all feedback.

Online orders are extremely unreliable. I ordered 16 minutes ahead (it said it’d be ready in 12 mins), and when I arrived I had to ask for my order and they hadn’t even looked at (or started) my order… it took them another 10 minutes to make my two drinks, and they first tried giving my drink to someone else whose pickup order was also not ready and that person luckily checked his and said it wasn’t the right drink ?... Its always good but sometimes its great. Sometimes theyre quick and sometimes the gal gabs with your food in her hand before handing it to you.
90% of the time my orders are incorrect and/or missing items. While the quality of the food and drinks might be great, the service is terrible.
