You're crazy! I still gave 5 stars because eating is always good, fast and everyone is super nice. I had to ask myself if two missing items are on pickup. they were ready and waited, but were not in the pick-up bag, so I would only have realized when I came home. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
that was one of the worst paneras I had. the eating was very mediocre, the service left a tonne to wish, management saw a huge line and decided to hide in the back, and the tables were all quite dirty. would instead recommend another panera or the bakery. View all feedback.
