A setting of quiet elegance. Looking over the canal and foliage. A very subdued and peaceful room. Service was unobtrusive and perfect. Lunch was presented with very attractive dishes. We had the lunch menu, two courses for 36 euros, three for 42. We had foie gras, duck breast and a chocolate and banana dessert. All were of high quality. The quality of the dishes and the service are at the level of the restaurant’s fame: the excessively long wait between the dishes (more than 2 hours waiting for an entrance and a dish) which are also very salty!
