Our enormous sea bass was brought to the table from the fish market across the way, along with other varieties of fish and colossal prawns. We ordered 3 different meze, octopus, mackerel and eggplant. All 3 were incredibly fresh and uniquely flavorful. Our grilled fish was filleted at the table and served with rice, potatoes and salad. What Curious Gem doesn't like about Pera Antakya:
COMPLETE RIP-OFF. DO NOT COME HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I asked for 1 dish that was 130 TL 1 drink and my bill came with additional charges in unintelligible writing, making a magical total of 300 TL. I've had so many bad experiences in Turkey that this was just the cherry on top so I was not going to argue or get into trouble with aggressive people.
