What User doesn't like about I Due Compari:
Two stars because despite the food is great, the wait was exaggerated and poor service. We sat at 13.30, at 14.20 they brought the appetizer and at 15.10 the first, among other things wrong order. I'm sorry because when the pasta dishes arrived they were well made, but almost two hours of waiting make everything unpleasant. View all feedback.

"After a long day driving in Nebrodi mountains, we just spotted the Scrivano Hotel and took a room for the night. We had no idea there was a restaurant. Walked around the city center but all restaurants were closed, so we went back to the hotel and saw the place. Had no idea what to choose of the menu, and the staff didn't speak any English, so we trusted the Mama to bring us the best dish of the day. It was the most delicious lasagna we both had in our lives : We had a salad too, and carafe of local red wine, which was great. They offered us a bowl of fruits at the end, but we were too full. Thank you for the great meal and a pleasant stay in the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Simply crazy we come to taormina to celebrate the surprise birthday of my sweet half and would not have existed better place to dine. Unfortunately the strangely low temperature forced us to dine indoors thus losing the wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, but the interior small, cozy, intimate did not make us feel the lack of the outdoor panorama. last but not least, the dishes: All exquisite. the excellent raw material makes you feel the true flavors of the sea. prices in the average and, being the owner a pastaro the portions are satisfactory. the reception and sympathy of the owner put the cherry on the cannolo"
