Bones Bbq - Ithaca

Bones is always EXCELLENT!!!! We have been here many times and every time the food has been delicious! They have great burgers, onion rings, mashed potatoes,potato salad, corn bread, and all of the smoked meats are juicy and so good! What This Guy doesn't like about Bones Bbq:
After reading the reviews I'm not sure if I came in on an off day or something because the food was absolutely horrible, I've never had bbq that I didn't finish but this was so dry and over cooked the brisket was like eating pieces of wood. On a positive note the waitress was very nice but service was quite slow, especially for how few of people were in there. View all feedback.
