"We had an issue with our food coming out after a very, very long time. Several tables that came in after us received their food before we did. The manager never came over, despite the fact that we asked for one. The waiter was apologetic but only comped us our dollar bar bill. They didn’t offer to comp a meal or a dessert. But mostly it was disappointing that a manager never came over to talk to us. We were clearly upset and the waiter said there was no excuse for it. When we finally got our meal almost two hours after our reservation time we basically just packed it up to take out because we were no longer hungry. Overall the food was good but we just couldn’t enjoy it because the service was so disappointing"

"There was at least one more vegan app and main course on website menu than what the actual menu offered, and no vegan amuse bouche offered at all (our omnivores got a huge plate of Pao de Queijo and nothing for us) but service and quality were very good and delicious cocktails- just disappointed there weren’t more opportunities for us to enjoy the chef’s imaginative food. My advice is to call ahead!"
