eating is easy to order and is too expensive. it was $16 for a martini that was quite short. the restaurant is literally not an ambiente to speak. it was also very cold most people in the restaurant to carry their moms (I expect it to be a function of the restaurant is part of the very large open hotel lobby room. the service was very attentive, but they put a mandatory 20% satisfaction on the check. with all other r... Really really good smoothie: I got kale, blueberries, pineapple, vanilla yogurt and protein powder. Courteous gentleman at the restaurant took my order and about 35 min later with a courteous knock at my door (not banging it was left or me, with saran wrap, to the side of my hotel room door, which I appreciate. : The hours for offerings are limited and hard to navigate how to order if you’re just getting in, especially with contactless room entry with your phone, there’s no stopping at a front desk, menus in the rooms or instruction or phone numbers.
The restaurant is a nice hidden area in the Marriott hotel, the food was good and I especially recommend their ‘little bites’ menu which offers pulled pork blt sandwiches and grilled cheese with soup, it was a great intermittent meal whilst waiting out the rain. Their dessert selection was also great, I recommend the Creme brûlée.
Tried their lamb ribs. The meat wasn't tender, but the brussel sprouts tasted nice. Ambience was decent.
Still a little disorganized from just opening a couple weeks ago but food was great. Deviled eggs, veggie burger and veggie pot pie surpassed expectations. Layout is a little weird with no separation from the Hotel main lobby. This will become a popular spot in the summer when you can sit outside and they work out the kinks.
Atmosphere is beautiful but the service and the pricing here is very sub par. Waiting 30 to 45 mins for a drink from the bar is just not okay. The wait staff did not seem entirely attentive and were gone for large blocks at a time leaving many wondering if they had left for the night. Unsure if it is due to low staff or just that they didn’t care (it felt like both) the food also is extremely over priced and just not worth it in my opinion. For a $17 dollar burger I expect that thing to be flawless and unique but it just felt like any other burger. I will definitely not be going back here as I feel spending almost 2 hours just to get through a meal is just grounds to get up and leave.
