The first is that they don't respect the delivery time, if they tell you 1 hour, SEGURO will be 2. And the second problem is the ARROGANCIA of the person who attends the phone and takes the orders. He is a person who always MIENTE, who treats the client as if he was someone INFERIOR and that NEVER has a gesture of recognizing errors and trying to improve. He is not a good person, unfortunately, and I do not say it for a specific case, but because I have made more than 20 orders after 2 years and always the same.
