We left for a trip to Saint jean foot of port, we stopped by chance at itxassous. two restaurants, one with a unique menu of 12 euros. The formula seduces us... it will be faster! And we did well... very good reception by a very nice girl. then, in-wind flight, steak/frite and dessert. Everything was good, well cooked for a very affordable price. What User doesn't like about Hotel Etchepare:
12 euros the unique menu. frozen products small peas in can asparagus canned meat first price wine with glass: bad burgundy instead of serving a Basque wine from the corner. No imagination. no promotion of the terroir. It's too bad! only positive point I have managed to get by rolling a Basque cheese plate with black cherry jam (to itxassou!) pass your way! The chef has only to break a little more the tete to make a simple kitchen with fresh products.

If you feel like a treat, you should visit Hotel Etchepare because they have delicious desserts that will definitely satisfy the sweet-tooth in you, Also, the customers of the establishment love the large variety of various coffee and tea specialities that the establishment has to offer.
